I’m not sure is it the best, but I think the most convenient way of visiting Puerto Rico is by car.

Have you heard about the Arecibo Observatory before?
It’s quite a famous telescope, or maybe even the best known ground-based telescope.
And you can have a walk “under the huge dish” of the Arecibo Telescope. 🙂
The large dish of the Arecibo Radio telescope is 305 m in diameter and covers an area of about twenty acres. And it looks like that. 🙂
A bit dirty, with some plants – it’s not a big problem.
