The Open Air Museum at Rocca al Mare, nearby Tallinn (in Estonian: Eesti Vabaõhumuuseum), presents a life of an 18th-century village. It covers 79 hectares of land and contains over 70 buildings – houses, mills, farmyards, church, inn, school etc.
It’s a very nice place where you can spend a relaxing day.
You can even try some traditional dishes and watch some performances.

Skansen Rocca al Mare (po estońsku: Eesti Vabashumuuseum) pokazuje życie Estończyków w XVIII wieku.
Na 79 ha powierzchni znajdziemy ponad 70 budynków – chaty, młyny, kościół, szkołę itp.
To przyjemne miejsce, w którym można uciec od nowoczesności, a dodatkowo skosztować lokalnych przysmaków, a nawet obejrzeć występy folklorystyczne.
That would be something for a history buff. I like the photo of the windmill. Thank you!
🙂
Thank you and have a nice day!
Seems to be a similar place (though bigger?) as Seurasaari Open Air Museum in Helsinki https://crazychinesefamily.com/2015/06/03/a-day-at-seurasaari/
Both are really interesting!
Thank you! 🙂
