Capo Caccia peninsula is located just outside Alghero.
From there, you can take over 600 scenic stairs and go to beautiful Neptune Caves – that was my favorite part fo visiting Alghero. 🙂

I was absolutely fascinated by the rock formations Rocce Rosse (the Red Rocks) in the center of Arbatax.
That’s my no. 1 in Sardinia. 🙂

There are several vineyards in Sardinia, so you can try many different wines in Sardinia.
You can choose between red and white wine; just try and find your favorite one.

What to choose depends on your own preferences, I’d say – try variety of seafood and enjoy it. 🙂

Summer lasts 6 months in Sardinia, from May until October.
I visited Sardinia at the beginning of June, and whether was very pleasant.

To continue the post from yesterday, I was surprised to see so many pictures on the houses in Sadali, Sardinia. I’ve never seen town like Sadali!

I don’t really recall to see any graffiti in Sardinia, but there were many paintings, posters or pictures on the houses, and it looked very nice and unique.

Sardinia also has nice mountains.
You can partly enjoy them by train. There are old, historic Sardinian railways going through the mountains and via many lovely places.

Sardinia has two official languages: Italian and Sardinian;
but there are more local languages in use.
I don’t speak any Italian and rather didn’t have any problems in communication, at the end, it’s quite a touristic island.

Cagliari is situated in the south of Sardinia by the Mediterranean Sea. So, Cagliari is also a good place for relaxing and enjoying beaches.
