Sacred mountains exist in many countries, religions or believes. These special mountains have its names and usually there is an interesting story about them.
Tibetan people have also their sacred mountains. I guess it’s easier to recognize them than to remember their names, because sacred mountains are always covered by snow. 🙂

W wielu krajach, wierzeniach czy tradycjach można znaleźć “święte góry”. Często nadano im wyjątkową nazwę i otacza je ciekawa historia/legenda.
Tybetańczycy także mają swoje święte góry. Łatwo zapamiętać, że te góry są przez cały rok pokryte śniegiem. Pewnie “trochę” trudniej zapamiętać ich nazwy. 😉

A mam takie wrażenie, że w tamtych stronach wszystko mają święte. Ostatnio opisywałem fakultatywnie kilka nepalskich jezior i każde – co do jednego – było miejscem kultu mieszkańców okolicy ;).

It may be, prayer flags are almost everywhere in Tibet and especially in holy places.
