The Faroe Islands consist of 18 islands so it’s very likely you’ll visit more than one island while being there. 🙂
So how convenient traveling between islands is? I’d said it’s quite easy. Some islands are simply connected by a bridge, the others by sub-sea tunnels. Some islands are connected by ferry and very often you can also take a car.
The most complicated thing is paying tolls. 😉 Well, you can pay the fee at any petrol station on the islands.

Może się zastanawiacie w jaki sposób można się dostać z jednej wyspy na drugą. W większości przypadków jest to dość proste. Niektóre wyspy są po prostu połączone mostem, inne podwodnym tunelem. W niektórych przypadkach jedyną opcją jest prom jednak połączeń jest dość sporo i w większości przypadków można zabrać ze sobą samochód.
Chyba najbardziej skomplikowane jest płacenie opłat za korzystanie z tunelów. 😉 Można to zrobić na każdej stacji benzynowej na wyspach. Sprawdźcie aktualne informacje tuż przed podróżą. 🙂
