Oman – Sea

Muscat, Oman
Muscat, Oman

That’s also a typical view in Muscat, doesn’t it look pleasant?

Oman had long coastlines on the Persian (Arabian) Gulf, Arabian Sea and Gulf of Oman. So from one side there is lots of water, but from the other side there is very little water because of dry and hot climate.

I believe that some of these hot- (desert-) countries should do more to use salty water; develop new technologies or improve the existing ones, they are reach enough…

Oman posiada długą linię brzegową z dostępem do Zatoki Perskiej, Zatoki Omańskiej i Morza Arabskiego.

  1. Beautiful beach, surely great to be there.
Agree with your words, should find ways of using the sea water,
for helping the areas which are deficient in water!
    Greetings, Pat

  2. I agree with you. Salty water is a great problem in hot areas. But the waste of drinking water especially from rich people too.

  3. I’ve seen desalination ponds/salt pans in Mediterranean countries, like Malta, and for hot desert countries the practice could be invaluable, on a large enough scale. Lovely turquoise sea in your photo. ?
